1. Acceptance of These Terms

By browsing our store, creating an account, subscribing to our newsletter or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our other store policies: Privacy Policy, Refund and Returns Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the store or place an order.

In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to EDEN PRO SPA, the seller identified above, and “you” refers to the person using the store. Our products are manufactured and shipped on demand by our production partner, Printful, from facilities in the United States and Europe.

3. Eligibility

You may use the store only if you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or if you are a minor using the store with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method you choose.

4. Your Account

Some features, such as order history and order tracking, require an account. When you create one, you agree to:

• Provide true, current and complete information.
• Keep your login details and password confidential.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us promptly at support@meowfo.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We are not liable for losses caused by someone else using your account, except where the loss results from our own fault.

5. Prices, Taxes and Price Changes

All prices are shown in United States dollars (USD). The prices shown include applicable taxes. Prices may change at any time, but a change never affects an order that has already been accepted.

Depending on your location, sales tax, VAT or local import charges may still apply to a shipment at the border; customs duties and import charges are the responsibility of the customer. You will find more detail in our Shipping Policy.

If a price or product detail is shown incorrectly, we may correct it and, where necessary, contact you before proceeding with the order.

6. Orders and Order Acceptance

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the products in your cart. The automatic confirmation email only acknowledges that we received your order; it is not an acceptance.

A contract is formed only when we send a separate dispatch or acceptance confirmation. Until then, we may decline or cancel an order, including where:

• We suspect fraud or unauthorized use of a payment method.
• The product is unavailable or a pricing or stock error has occurred.
• The order cannot be shipped to the address provided.
• The order would breach these Terms or applicable law.

If we cancel an order before acceptance, we will refund any amount already paid.

7. Payment and Authorization

We accept payment through PayPal only.

By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge the full order amount. Payments are processed by PayPal on its own terms and privacy policy. We do not store your full payment details.

If a payment is declined, or if a charge is later reversed without justification, we may suspend or cancel the affected order.

8. Shipping, Delivery and Risk

Products are made on demand and shipped by our production partner. Estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy and are not guaranteed.

Title to the products, and the risk of loss or damage, pass to you when the carrier delivers the order to the address you provided. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us at support@meowfo.com and see our Refund and Returns Policy.

International orders may be subject to customs clearance and import charges payable by you.

9. Intellectual Property

All content in the store, including the MEOWFO name and logo, product designs, illustrations, artwork and text, belongs to us or is used under licence and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Trademark status. “MEOWFO” is a trademark of EDEN PRO SPA. A trademark application is in progress before the relevant authority; the mark is not yet registered. We reserve all rights in the name, the logo and the brand, whether registered or not, and the protection described here applies from first use.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, resell or use our name, logo, designs or illustrations for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission. Buying a product gives you ownership of the physical item only; it does not transfer any right over the artwork printed on it.

Content you submit

If you send us content, such as reviews, photographs, messages or files for a custom request, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display it for the purpose of running the store and fulfilling your request. You must not send content that infringes the rights of others or is unlawful. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the store lawfully and not to:

• Misuse the store, interfere with its operation or attempt to access it by unauthorized means.
• Place fraudulent orders or use a payment method you are not authorized to use.
• Infringe our intellectual property or the rights of third parties.
• Upload viruses, malware or other harmful code.
• Scrape, harvest or misuse data, including other customers’ information.
• Use the store for any unlawful or abusive purpose.

We may suspend or block access to the store for anyone who breaches these rules.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of the store or from products purchased through it.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing removes your mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

12. Warranties and Your Legal Rights

We run the store and supply our products with reasonable care, but we do not offer warranties beyond those required by applicable law, and we do not guarantee that the store will be uninterrupted or error-free.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If you are a consumer in the United States, the European Union or elsewhere, you keep every mandatory legal protection available to you, including your right to a remedy for products that are faulty, damaged or not as described.

13. Termination of Accounts

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if we suspect fraud or misuse, or if we are required to do so by law.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@meowfo.com. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including the intellectual property and liability sections, remain in effect after an account is closed.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Chile, where our business is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Concepción, Chile, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

We sell to customers in the United States and the European Union from our operating base in Concepción, Chile. Where possible, we encourage you to contact us first at support@meowfo.com so that we can try to resolve any issue informally before formal proceedings begin.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our store, products or legal requirements. The current version is always published on this page, and continued use of the store after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
